This class consists of mobility, stability, balance and functional strength exercises using one’s body weight and/or dumbbells. These exercises focus on learning and improving the foundation of basic functional movement and exercises. They are designed for health improvement, consistent results, prevention of injuries, and for everyday activities and lifelong health. The exercises are meant for people who have zero or some experience with strength training. Specific exercises can be adapted for persons with a wide range of abilities, fitness, and health.
