Service Description

In this class you will engage in upper and lower body strength exercises using one’s body weight and/or dumbbells. The class also includes cardiovascular training in the form of both low and high impact exercises that increase heart rate and respiration. All exercises focus on functional movement patterns that are important for everyday activities. This class is recommended to those with experience with strength and cardiovascular training. All exercises can be adapted to one’s physical abilities.
