Service Description

This yoga class combines breath awareness and mindful movement. It emphasizes the use of the breath as a guide for the movement of the body leading to a moving meditation that includes strength, flexibility, and balance. The movements and poses are adaptable to personal circumstances, experience and ability and can be performed standing, seated or on the floor. Benefits of yoga practice include: improved range of motion, increased stamina and muscle tone, reduced stress, and better sleep.
