We Are FIT Together

FIT Together is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2014 under the leadership of Dr. Kerri Winters-Stone and Jessica Sitemba. The mission of FIT Together is to provide evidence-based, professionally led, group exercise classes specifically designed to meet the abilities, needs and goals of people who have faced cancer.

Even though classes are taught in a group setting, FIT Together instructors are highly experienced in individualizing and tailoring movements and exercises to accommodate each person's needs, making classes a collaborative experience for all.

She has run over 15 clinical trials funded by NIH and cancer non-profits and she co-wrote the current American College of Sports Medicine exercise guidelines for cancer survivors.
